One of the most transparent high-stim labels in the category, paired with strong clinical doses (8g citrulline malate, 4g beta-alanine, 2.5g betaine, 325mg caffeine) and public third-party purity reports. Strong value at ~$1.83/serving.
The most aggressively dosed all-in-one (10g citrulline, 5g creatine, 3.2g beta-alanine, 388mg caffeine), and Informed Sport tested every batch. Best athlete-certified high-stim option.
The best overall balance of evidence and quality control. Clinically dosed (8g citrulline, 3.6g beta-alanine, 350mg caffeine), Labdoor certified with published COAs, made in an NSF-certified cGMP facility.
The most complete 'kitchen sink' formula: it uniquely bundles creatine and beet-root nitrates with citrulline, beta-alanine, and betaine at a strong ~$1.67/serving. Beta-alanine is light (2g) and it carries a Prop 65 warning.
The cleanest tingle-free pick. At its full 2-scoop serving (6g citrulline, 320mg caffeine, theanine, citicoline), it's a coherent energy/focus/pump formula with published COAs, though it omits beta-alanine.

Effective pre-workouts contain clinically-dosed caffeine, citrulline, and beta-alanine. Avoid proprietary blends. Consider stimulant sensitivity, flavor options, and third-party testing.
We evaluate pre-workouts for ingredient doses vs original human clinical research, energy/focus effects, third-party testing/certification, taste, and current retail value across official sites, iHerb, and Amazon.
